MAGIC IN VIEW AL-Qur'an and Sunnah

Third: Opinions Scholars

[1]. Al-Khattabi rahimahullah said: "A group of scientists tabi'at magic circles, has denied the existence of magic and deny the essence. It may be answered, that it is clear magic and essence there was real. The majority of people of Arab, Persian, India and most of the Romans have agreed on the existence of magic. They are the inhabitants of the earth are the most important and most widely knowledge, and wisdom. Allah the Exalted says:

"It means: They teach magic to humans". [Al-Baqarah: 102]

And God also commanded that sheltered him, where he said:

"Meaning: And from the evil witch women who blow on knots-knot". [Al-Falaq: 4]

Regarding this, some hadith has been narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi respectfully that may not be denied except by those who deny it are clear and definite.

The fuqoha has given several alternatives on the punishment for a witch. And something that does not have a definite basis it will not be to the extent of this fame and not to attract attention. Therefore, deny deny the existence of magic is a foolish, and provide feedback to those who menapikan magic is an act of futility. [1]

[2]. Al-Qurtubi rahimahullah reveals: Ahlus Sunnah has found the magic was definitely there and have a nature. While adherents Mu'tazila general and Abu Ishaq al-Istirabadi, one of the followers of the Shafi'i madhhab of the opinion that it does not have the nature of magic, but magic is only an act of deception, the appearance of shadows and deception against something, unlike the (visible) actually. Magic is now no difference with hypnosis and magic. As acknowledged by God Almighty:

"Meaning: Imagined by Moses as if she slid quickly, because their magic". [Thaahaa: 66]

And God does not use the word tas'aa for the true sense, but he said: Inconceivable by Moses. In addition, he also said:

"It means: They are bewitched the eyes of mankind". [Al-A'raf: 116]

Furthermore, Al-Qurtubi argues: That contains no proof at all, because it does not deny the deception as well as in others, which is part of the magic. However, it has been set behind the various things that are reasonable and hearing. Among the things that is what is mentioned in the above paragraph that mentions the magic and learn. If it does not have the magic essence, it is not possible to learn and also Allah Ta'ala will not tell you that they teach magic it to mankind. So is the word of Allah Ta'ala that tells the story of the magicians of Pharaoh:

Furthermore, Al-Qurtubi argued: In early times, this magic has been widespread and many the talk by mankind, and do not appear to be any denial (about the existence of magic) of the Companions and tabi'een. [2]

[3]. Al-Mazari rahimahullah said: Magic is something that is fixed and has the nature of such a variety of other beings, and he has an influence on the people themselves bewitched. This opinion is contrary to those who claim that it does not have the magic nature, and things that are in accordance with the magic it has no nature, and things that are in accordance with the magic that is nothing but a mere fantasy, which has no nature at all.

What they claim it is actually false and not true, because Allaah has mentioned in His Book, the Koran, that magic that can be learned and can even cause a person to become an infidel, and can also separate the couple. Also in the hadith which tells about penyihiran against the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, mentioned the magic Allaah be something buried. Overall it is a matter that may not apply to something that has no nature, and how it might be something that does not have that essence in the study?

Furthermore, Al-Mazari revealed: It is not a matter that is not rational when God gave rise to extraordinary events in sentences mixed or arrangement of various objects or a mixture of various strengths based on the composition of the unknown except by a witch. Furthermore, Ibn Qudamah rahimhullah said: already a popular thing among the general public, where there are the couple who had been doing the ceremony, but the husband does not interfere with the power of his wife, and if the marriage contract has been broken, the ex-husband was only able to do intercourse, ie, after he is unlikely to interfere. In the book of Al-Kaafi, Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi rahimahullah said: Magic is incantations, spells and bonds that give effect to the heart and body, so that it can cause pain, kill, or to separate the couple. Allah the Exalted says:

Meaning: So, they learn of the angels what magic it, they can divorce between a (husband) with his wife. [Al-Baqarah: 102]

He also said:

Meaning: And from the evil witch women who blow on knots-knot. [Al-Falaq: 4]

[6]. In the book-i'ul Badaa Fawaa-id, al-Allama Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said: The Word of God Almighty:
