TREAT ANGER

TREAT ANGER

By The
Khumais as-Sa'id

Once we know the definition of anger, against the Islamic view, the causes that brought him, effect and influence on the bearer of the message and Islamic charities, it becomes easier and lighter to look for ways of treatment, even a way to prevent this practice:

Way and this way are summarized in the following matters:

1. Knowing the harmful effects and devastating consequences caused by anger, both the bearer of the message as well as against the Islamic charities, both temporal and hereafter, for surely such knowledge is useful to move the soul from the inside, so he was going to treatment even to action protective of this disease.

2. Treat yourself of debates and disputes, as well as of the jokes are false. Indeed, the treatment of the two also will eliminate the types at a level which is important with regard to the anger. It is included in the chapter eliminate diseases ranging from eliminating the causes.

3. Do not antagonize others are wrongdoers and blindly, for surely such hostility would lead to rejection, however, expenses incurred and custody actions, there are thousands of way to treat errors and the last is hostility. This goes into the final chapter of treatment is al-kay (treatment with a hot iron).

4. Freeing yourself of vanity and takabbur on earth with no rights, along with that adorn themselves with opposite properties, namely humble ', because such conditions would bring people who like to get angry when he saw them -have been cured of their disease - to get away from him even they have to keep away from him.

5. The rise of community-governmental and rakyatnya- to perform the duties of those who love angry, occasionally with counsel, occasionally with denial, occasionally with threatening, occasionally by giving rewards, occasionally with exile and termination, and so on, because the implementation of the obligations of this kind is very useful in escaping, even in self-preservation of this disease.

6. Putting people according to rank, fulfill their rights like honor and respect, to avoid giving nature to those with properties inappropriate or improper, because it will bring to escape, even precautions of this disease.

7. Do not arouse hostility and resentment that has a long, because it would eliminate, even keep the slippage to this disease.

8. Changing the condition of people who are upset by letting wudoo 'or shower, sat him down when he was standing, cheek and his face on the ground (lying) when he was sitting, Dhikr Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, pray, repent, beristighfar, praising God Tabaaraka wa Ta'ala, or told him to walk when he was silent, and so on until the emotions subside and return to common sense and consciousness.

Indeed the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has provided guidance to us about this treatment when Sulaiman bin Shard said:

((استب رجلان عند النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ونحن عنده جلوس, وأحدهما يسب صاحبه مغضبا قد احمر وجهه, فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إني لأعلم كلمة لو قالها لذهب عنه ما يجد! لو قال: أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم) ) فقالوا للرجل: ألا تسمع ما يقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم? قال: إني لست بمجنون))

"There are two people who berate each other in front of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, while we were sitting around him, one of the two others revile while angry with a red face, and the Prophet said,' Truly I know a sentence, if he say then what he got (angry) it will be lost, ie when he uttered, 'أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم. "They said to the people,' Do not you hear the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam?' He said, 'Surely I'm not crazy. "[1]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said in a lengthy hadith;

"... Behold, verily anger is burning coals in the heart of a child of Adam, do you not look at the red eyes and swelling of veins? Whoever perceives it, menempellah to the ground (lie). "[2]

From Abu Harb ibn Abil Aswad, from Abu Dharr radi anhu, he said: "Verily the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to us:

إذا غضب أحدكم وهو قائم فليجلس, فإن ذهب عنه الغضب وإلا فليضطجع.

"If one of you angry while he was in a state of anger stand then sit until it is gone, if not disappear then lie down." [3]

9. Remind people angry at his condition when he was angry, because his condition was like a madman or a snarling beast, and in fact this kind of inappropriate for a man who was created by Allaah in the most perfect form , and honor him from all creatures in this universe by his word:

ولقد كرمنا بني آدم وحملناهم في البر والبحر ورزقناهم من الطيبات وفضلناهم على كثير ممن خلقنا تفضيلا

"And indeed We have honored the children of Adam, We carried them on land and at sea, we give them good luck than good and We favored them with a perfect advantages over most of the creatures that We have created." [Al-Israa '/ 17: 70]

And also his word:

لقد خلقنا الإنسان في أحسن تقويم

"We have indeed created man in the best possible shape." [At-Tiin / 95: 4]

We wish to remind him it is useful in treating even in keeping away from anger.

10. turn his views on the importance of the struggle against the spirit of anger, because the real struggle is a sign of real strength and courage, as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

((ليس الشديد بالصرعة, إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عند الغضب))

"The strong is not to wrestle, but the strong man is able to control himself when angry." [4]

Indeed, in this way is very useful in treating, even keeping away from the disease.

11. Describe the rewards to be gained by a Muslim when he fought against the lust and keep his temper. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

"And (for) those who avoid major sins and indecencies, and when they are angry they forgive." [Ash-Syuuraa / 42: 37]

And also his word:

وسارعوا إلى مغفرة من ربكم وجنة عرضها السماوات والأرض أعدت)133(الذين ينفقون في السراء والضراء والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين

"And ye haste to forgiveness from your Lord and to Heaven as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for those who fear Allah, (ie) those who spend (freely), whether in time or narrow, and those those who restrain anger and pardon (error) man. God loves those who do good. " [Ali 'Imran / 3: 133-134]

And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

((من كتم غيظا وهو قادر على أن ينفذه, دعاه الله على رؤوس الخلائق, حتى يخيره من الحور العين, يزوجه منها ما شاء))

"Whoever anger she was able to implement it, Allaah will call him in front of his creatures to make choosing an angel anywhere he wanted to marry." [5]

Indeed, anyone who saw the light of a reward, then the burden and hardship an obligation was easy (light).

12. Always live with the Qur'aan and the Sunnah of His Messenger, Muhammad, for surely it will light the way and educate the ability of piety, both of them are the most good in the escape of anger, even in the protective action of it.

13. Taking into account the history of the people who can control their rage and adorn themselves with generosity and forgiving, such as al-Ahnaf bin Qais, 'Umar ibn' Abd al-'Aziz, as-Shafi'i, and in addition to them. Due attention will be brought to the attitude emulate and follow, or at least imitate and resemble.

14. Pray to Allaah to heal hearts in it there is the nature of anger, and in order to replace it with contentment, grace and compassion towards the servants of Allaah, because prayer is arrows telling that almost never wrong target, even prayer is truly worship. [6]
