Second: Evidence-Evidence Of Sunnah

Meaning of the hadeeth:

[2]. From Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said:

The content of the Hadith:
The content of this hadith is, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has ordered us to stay away from magic, explaining that magic including big sin that can destroy. And it shows that the magic was something that really exists and not superstition (hoax).

[2]. From Ibn Abbas radiallahu anhu, he said, the Prophet Shallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

Meaning: He who learned most of augury, meaning he has learned most of witchcraft; increasing (the science he learned), growing well (sin). [5]

The content of the Hadith.
The content of the hadith is, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam explained one way that leads to the study of witchcraft, and that the Muslims avoid it. It shows that magic is an essential science that can be learned. Which shows that it is the word of Allah Ta'ala.

Meaning: So they learn from the angel that, what is the magic that they can divorce between a (husband) with his wife. [Al-Baqarah: 102]

Thus, it seems clear that the magic is the same science with other sciences, which have become the foundations of the footing. Verses and hadith above blasted at once denounced efforts to learn magic.

[3]. From Imran bin Hushain radi anhu, he said, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

Meaning: It is not from our group of people who bertathayyur (predict bad luck) or have done tathayyur against him, or people who practice shamanism or visit shaman (ask to come), or do magic or spells disihirkan. Those who come to the shaman and he believed what he said, meaning he has Kufr against what has been revealed to Muahmmad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam "[6]

Tathayyur means to predict misfortune. In the days of Jahiliyyah first, the Arab community if you want to travel far, they release a bird, when it flew towards the right, then they'll do the journey, and if flying towards the left, they are pessimistic and returned.

The content of the Hadith.

[4]. From Abu Musa al-Ash'ari radi 'anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said.

Meaning of the hadeeth.
There are three groups that will not enter Paradise except after they were punished in Hell as a result of their sin and disobedience:

[A]. Addicts khamr (mudminul khamr), that is, those who have made khamr beverages (liquor) as a habit.

[B]. People who believe in magic (Mu'minun bi sihrin), that is, those who believe that the magic itself that makes a difference, not with destiny and God's will.

[C]. People who decide ties (qaatu'u womb), that is, those who stay away from relatives, do not stay in touch with them and not also visit them.

The content of the Hadith.
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade sematalah believe that magic that makes a difference, but a believer must believe that the magic or the other will not be given effect unless the will of God. Allaah says.

Meaning: And they were (sorcerers) give no harm with his magic to anyone, except with the permission of Allah. [Al-Baqarah: 102]

[5]. Ibn Mas'ud radi anhu said, Whoever came soothsayer or a magician or shaman, and he asked and believe what he says, then he has Kufr against what has been revealed to Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. [8]
