Standing Committee Buhuts Da'imah Lil Al-Ifta Scientific wal 'asked: How does the law against hypnosis where the perpetrator's ability to grow with strong for victims menerawangkan mind, the following control him and allowed him to leave something that is forbidden, tense muscles recover from illness or do pebuatan the the requested?

Stay Institute answer this as follows.
First: The science of things unseen is the absolute right of Allaah, none of His creatures who knows, whether it genie or else besides them unless revelation given by God to His people who dikehedaki as to the angels or His apostles. In this regard, Allah the Exalted says.
قل لا يعلم من في السماوات والأرض الغيب إلا الله
"Say. No one in the heavens and on earth who knows the unseen matter, but Allah" [An-Naml: 65]
He also said with regard to Solomon and his ability to master the jinn.
فلما قضينا عليه الموت ما دلهم على موته إلا دابة الأرض تأكل منسأته فلما خر تبينت الجن أن لو كانوا يعلمون الغيب ما لبثوا في العذاب المهين
"And when we have established Solomon's death, nothing showed them his death except termites that eat wand. But when he fell down, the jinn know that if in case, they know the unseen, they were not fixed in a humiliating torment" [Saba: 14]
Similarly, his word.
عالم الغيب فلا يظهر على غيبه أحدا إلا من ارتضى من رسول فإنه يسلك من بين يديه ومن خلفه رصدا
"(He is Lord) Knowing a good thing, then he does not show one of the unseen that. Except for His blessed apostles, then surely He held the guards (angels) in front and behind" [Al-Jinn: 26-27]
In an authentic hadith of al-Nuwas bin Sam'an radi 'anhu he said, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said.
"When God wants to reveal something, He speaks through revelation, and the heavens tremble -in other history: extreme shaking like petir- struck it as a reflection of their fear of God. If it is to be heard by the occupants of the heavens, they passed out and knelt prostrate to Allah. then the first dared to lift his head is Gabriel, God spoke to him from his desired revelation then Jibril said, 'God has spoken with al-haq and He is the Most High, Most Great Again ". All they were saying the same thing as has been said by Gabriel. Then finished revelation through Gabriel up to what was commanded by Allah Ta'ala to him "[1]
In the Sahih Hadith other than Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said:
"If God had decided the case in the sky, the angels stretch their wings as (reflection) submission to His word is like a huge chain over slippery rocks that penetrate them. So when the fear is gone from their hearts, they say 'What which had been spoken by the Lord are you? '. They said that another angel (Gabriel) who says God has spoken by the Right and He is the Most High, Most Great Again'. Then it was heard by the eavesdropper (eavesdropper) and thieves with other , so one above the other. (Sufyan, narrators was while explaining the specifications with hands; stretch the fingers of his right hand, enforcing partly to over others). Perhaps after that, the arrows have on the listener before about his friend and then make burning, and probably also did not hit so on after that is in the lower position and then they threw him (the arrow) to the earth-and perhaps Sufyan said, 'up to bumi'-, then he was thrown into the mouth of a witch, then he too lie with a thousand lies, therefore, but his words even justified, then they said, 'Did not he have told us on the day of such and such happened so and so, it turns out, we have to get it true exactly as the word is heard from the sky "[2]
So based on this, should not ask for help to genie and the creatures besides them to know things unseen, either by begging and get closer to them, put aloes wood or other. In fact it is shirk because it is a kind of worship when God has made known to His servants that specialize worship only Him alone, namely that they say, "Just to You we worship (worship) and unto Thee we invoke help ".
There has also been an authentic hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that he said to Ibn Abbas, "If you ask, then ask God and when you ask for help, then ask for help to God" [3]
Second: Hypnosis is one kind of magic (shamanism) which use the jinn so that the offender can master the victim, then speak to him through his words and get the power to do most of the work once mastered himself. This could terkadi, if the victim is really serious with him and obedient. Instead, this is done the perpetrator because of the benefits thereof to the taqarrub maketh thing. Jin is making the victim is under the control of the offender to do work or news requested. The assistance provided by the jinn when he is serious to do it with the perpetrator.
On this basis, using hypnosis and make it as a way or means to indicate the location of the theft, missing objects, treat patients or perform other work by the offender should not be legal. In fact, this includes shirk because of the above reasons and because it includes refuge to other than Allah for things that are unusual causes which Allaah makes it can be done by the creatures and allow it to them.
