ESSENCE SHAME IN LIFE


Let us always constancy in keeping our piety to Allah Almighty. And let us really feel embarrassed to Allah Almighty. We should always be aware that there are angels sent by Allah Almighty to record all of our charity. The angel was always hear and see everything that we do, although very secret and hidden. Do not ever disobedience assuming we do not know at all. Because angels sent by Allah Almighty to oversee always know and continue to record all our actions.

Bashfulness among commendable trait that has been abandoned by many people. Though this nature can bring a lot of good for people who are with him and membentenginya for fear of a bad behavior. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

الحياء لا يأتي إلا بخير

Truly a shame that only the good [HR. Bukhari]

He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also reported that shame is part and branches of faith. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

الإيمان بضع وسبعون أو بضع وستون شعبة فأفضلها قول لا إله إلا الله وأدناها إماطة الأذى عن الطريق والحياء شعبة من الإيمان

Faith has seventy or sixty branches more. The highest is greeting La ilaha illallah and the lowest is to remove distractions from the road. And shame that one of the branches of the faith. [HR. Muslim]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never met someone who was warned or denounce his brother shy. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

دعه فإن الحياء من الإيمان

Let him, the real shame because it is a part of faith. [HR. Bukhari]

Some of the above hadith shows that shame is not a bad thing, even otherwise, including merit.

Consider also what is said to Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah, "said al-Haya 'is derived from (a basic word) al-life (life). Therefore rain is also called al-Haya (carrier life). Levels of shame someone depends on the content of his heart. At least an indication shame heart and his soul has died. The more alive a person's heart, then the embarrassment will be more perfect. "

Such a shame that there are two shy to Allah and embarrassed to humans.

Shame to Allah Almighty means embarrassed seen Almighty Allah while doing immoral acts. As explained by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the words he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam:

استحيوا من الله حق الحياء قالوا: إنا نستحي يا رسول الله, قال ليس ذلك ولكن من استحى من الله حق الحياء فليحفظ الرأس وما حوى وليحفظ البطن وما وعى وليذكر الموت والبلى ومن أراد الآخرة ترك زينة الدنيا فمن فعل ذلك فقد استحيا من الله عز وجل حق الحياء

In the above hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam explained clearly the nature of the embedded shame to Allah Almighty in his heart. That he kept trying to keep all members of the body so as not to sin and immorality, always remember death, had no desire heroics against the world and do not fall asleep with lust.

People who feel ashamed to Allah Almighty, he will stay away from all prohibitions of Allah Almighty in all conditions, whether alone or in a crowd. Shame as in the category of worship to Allah Almighty. A taste that is the fruit of ma'rifatullah (Allah Almighty knows). Shame that comes from realizing the majesty and the closeness of Allah Almighty. Shame that arises because Allah Almighty knows the Knower of all deeds, the visible and hidden in the heart. Such a shame as this is included in the section highest faith even occupy the highest degree of charity. About Ihsan, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, which means, "Ihsan is to worship thee Almighty Allah as if you see Him, if you do not see Him then Allah Almighty surely see you."

In addition to the embarrassment to Allah Almighty, we also have to have an embarrassment to the human nature. Shame this will prevent us from doing that is not feasible and reprehensible. Shame makes us do not like it if we disgrace and infamy known to others. Therefore, people who have a sense of shame will not drag himself to be an impeccably, spreader libel, slander builders and various other immoral acts that appear.

In short, shame to Allah Almighty will prevent someone from perversity, whereas shame to man will prevent it from physical damage. Thus, he would be a good person inwardly and outwardly and will remain good when alone or in the middle of the crowds. Shame as this is a part of faith.

And what about the people who have no shame? People who do not have a sense of shame, meaning he does not have a stronghold in his heart that could prevent it from sin and sinners. He would do at will, as if there is no faith left in his heart. Na'ûdzu Billah. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إن مما أدرك الناس من كلام النبوة إذا لم تستحي فاصنع ما شئت

Indeed, among the first prophetic words known to man is "If you are not ashamed, then did according please [HR. Bukhari]

That is, people who have no shame at all, he would have done at will, regardless of immoral or not. Because of the shame that can prevent someone from immoral acts are not owned. As a result, he will continue to drift and dissolve in immoral acts and unjust.

After knowing the urgency of shame and benefits for a servant, now we try to pay attention to the human condition today. That is very sad state of most people today. They had cast shame to if not left at all in them, so consequently various kemungkaran mushrooming everywhere; genitalia which should be closed even on display; immorality conducted openly; jealousy on the couple vanished. Nan immoral actions despicable considered good and proud. When this issue, many people instantly defend. It is ironic, but this is the reality.

Among the indications fading sense of shame and depletion of jealousy in the hearts of some men are not mahram or hiring female gentile woman as a maid, so seclusion amid family unavoidable. There are also some people who employ not mahram men as a driver for his family. They put behind their families together with others at home, in the car, in the sights and so forth. Where shame that is part of one's faith?

Where is the shame of the employees who are not serious in carrying out the tasks entrusted to them? Where is the shame of the merchants who commit fraud and cheating, lying in a trade?

Indeed, all this bad behavior as a result of the loss of shame of oneself. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إذا لم تستحي فاصنع ما شئت

If you are not ashamed, then did according please [HR. Bukhari]

Let us all continue to fear of Allah Almighty and let us continue to foster the belief that Allah Almighty always know everything that we do in all places and times.

Allah says:

إن الذين يخشون ربهم بالغيب لهم مغفرة وأجر كبير )12( وأسروا قولكم أو اجهروا به إنه عليم بذات الصدور )13( ألا يعلم من خلق وهو اللطيف الخبير

Indeed, those who fear his Lord could not see them, they will receive forgiveness and a great reward. And keep it secret or tampakkanlah yours; verily He is aware of all hearts. Does Allah who created it did not know (that you are putting out or keep secret); and He is smooth, the Knower? [Al-Mulk / 67: 12-14]

The shame is commendable is a shame that can prevent someone from bad deeds and shame that can encourage someone to perform a variety of goodness. While shame that prevents someone from actions that are beneficial to the world and religion then that is a kind of a shame that despicable. As a believer, a believer is not ashamed to say the sentence is true and ma'ruf nahi unjust; do not feel embarrassed to ask about something unknown in matters of religion.

The shame is commendable is the gift of God, while shame is a despicable trick of the devil. Therefore, let us always fear of Allah Almighty in all our activity,.
